Recommended Tradesmen provides reviews on the level of services of tradesmen based on the experiences of past customers.
News stories, chosen for their relevance to the respective web sites will be provided, with appropriate licence or permission, from external sources.
Competitions will be organised and the winners advised by e-mail. There will also be incentives to encourage consumer feedback about their experiences.

If you have represented your identity or your experiences fraudulently, your registration with Recommended Tradesmen may be terminated at our sole discretion and you will be held liable for any losses or damage which we incur as a result of this.

You agree that Recommended Tradesmen employees may have access to your details and records as required, to investigate complaints or compile aggregate data. They will not make any alterations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify on demand and hold Recommended Tradesmen, its Directors, Officers, Employees, Agents and Representatives harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, but not restricted to, legal expenses on a full indemnity basis) arising from or relating to (1) your use of this website and/or (2) any alleged breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law
These terms of Use and all matters relating to your use of our services shall be governed by the law of Scotland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts, without prejudice to our right to seek recovery of any sums due by you to us before any court of competent jurisdiction.
