The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has reported that there have been a record number of complaints about rogue traders who overcharge or do shoddy work.

Figures due to be released by the OFT on Monday are expected to show that the number of complaints across the UK has gone up to 4,000. This is a record and is up by an alarming 18% on last years figures.
