Competition Rules
1. The competition is open to all United Kingdom residents, except employees of Recommended Tradesmen Ltd and anyone else professionally connected toRecommended Tradesmen Ltd and/or this promotion.
2. No purchase nor any use of any of the services offered by Recommended Tradesmen Ltd is necessary.

Entry to the competition is made by the correct completion and submission of our Rating Form by users who have enrolled for the services offered by Recommended Tradesmen Ltd and have been entered into the prize draw through the scratch card. All such users may submit one automatic entry per valid form. Only automatic entries shall be accepted electronically.
4. A manual entry may be made by any other person by sending a postcard to Recommended Tradesmen, 30 Bath Street, Edinburgh, EH15 1HD to arrive by the closing date for the relevant competition. Each postcard must clearly state the competition to which it relates and include the full name and postal address of and a valid e-mail address for the entrant. Only one manual entry for one competition shall be entered for each postcard received. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Incomplete, incorrect or invalid forms will be withdrawn from the competition.

No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
7. Winners will be drawn at random shortly after the closing date set for the competition in question.
8. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Details of the winner will be posted on the site and by entering all entrants will be deemed to have consented to having their name and address posted on the site in the event of winning a prize.

Prize winners will be notified by email.
11. All competitions and these rules shall be governed by the law of Scotland and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
12. The competitions promoter is Recommended Tradesmen Ltd.
